We're thrilled to introduce our newest neighbor, Inclusions Bakery & Dessert Bar, now open at 1125 Lincoln Ave, Unit 100, (in the same building as us) right in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs. This dedicated gluten-free bakery is a labor of love from owner Grace Riley, who brings over a decade of recipe development and family traditions to every scratch-made creation.
Inclusions offers a delightful array of baked goods, from classic favorites to inventive treats, all crafted in a celiac-safe environment. Their menu features everything from cinnamon rolls and cupcakes to savory quiches and custom cakes. They also cater to various dietary needs with vegan and dairy-free options
